Opposed to paying hefty prices for manufacturer technicians, Bowtie Laboratory Consulting offers a variety of affordable service agreements which include standard preventative maintenance. We want you to have peace of mind knowing that should your laboratory have an instrument related issue, your analyzer will be up and running at full capacity again with little more than a phone call. We have an array of service agreements for the following instruments: Beckman Coulter/Olympus Au series chemistry; Sysmex and Cell Dyn Hematology; Access Immunochemistry Analyzers. Preventative Maintenance 

If you do not have a service agreement with Bowtie Laboratory Consulting, don’t worry. We also offer a standard preventative maintenance (PM) tune-up required by CLIA at affordable prices. These PM’s include the same steps and processes used by the original manufacturers to ensure the working sustainability of your analyzer.

One Time Service Calls

​If you’re not in the market for a Service Agreement and only need a quick repair. We offer hourly service at a low rate and ​all of our repairs come with a 30 day warranty!
